I purchased a MTS Mblaze internet connection on 1st May from an authorised dealer. The wireless device worked fine for a couple of weeks and then one day the wireless modem was not recognised by my computer.
I was directed to the customer service office and belgaum and handed over the device to them for servicing. After 20 - 25 days i received a replacement from the MTS customer service center and was informed that the repalced device would fuction properly after 24 hours which is required for activation.
I connected the device to my computer after 24 hours but was unable to connect to the internet. I called the customer care center and was informed that the repalcement device needs to be activated and it would be functional after 24 hours.
Till today 6th Jan I have been unable to connect to the internet with the MTS Mblaze wireless modem. I have alredy raised 2 complaints with the MTS customer care center, 1st dated 22/12 complaint no. DEC/8769 and 2nd dated 26/12 complaint no. 10496. Both these complaints have been closed saying that the problem has been resolved.
I have not received any solution to me problem till date from MTS due to there deficiency in service.
