I have purchased MTS MBLAZE from Usha Enterprises, Khajpura, Patna and using it in the same area, MY DEVICE no is 9135950263. the speed i am getting is very low and its an unlimited plan of 999, however I came to know its not unlimited, data they give is 30 gb and in that first 15 gb the speed is 3.1 and later it wil be below 144 kbps. Currently my speed is below 500 kbps and Downloading speed is very slow aprox. 20 kbps. Is this what they promised. If speed is 25% low I can understand. But It is more than 66% low. If I can't watch video on YOUTUBE or MTS TV. What is the use of BROADBAND (so called). While Downloading from Bittorrent it takes more than 20 hour to download 700 MB File. I know that they have do it to expand the data uses. And Customot care No 9135955955 is no registering any complaints regarding this. this no is not working properly also. Someone Please tell me what to do. Should I go to Consumar Forum.
