DEFECTIVE DEVICE WITH NO SERVICE

I have purchased the Usb card from MTS for Internet services on 24th July from its authorized dealer 'Arya Telecummunication, Sanghvi, Pune.

The device has been inoperational from 28th August. I could get the replacement of my device on 17th September but it again had issues and I could'nt access the internet. I submitted the card to Arya communication on 21st September and they said it was a minor configuration issue which would be resolved within 2 days. Now inspite of calling them everyday, they are not responding on when they can give us the device back. There are lots of excuses from there side such as 'After replacing the device, we forgot to link it to your account and so it doesnt work'. In past few days, they have cut down the calls when we try to contact them.

Please look into the issue as we are suffering in the absence of internet service for entire 1 month now. Our last recharge on 24th August worth Rs 600 got totally wasted as we could use the service only for 3 days after paying for entire month. We are now forced to buy another device for accessing internet services at home due to a very long turnaround time from MTS and Arya Telecommunications. So we want our money back OR an immidiate replacement before 1st october.
