MTS Broadband poor service

Hi,

I have taken a MTS broadband connection (prepaid) and the data card number is 9135952769. MTS said that the speed will be upto 3.2 mbs but most of the time it is zero kbps and max upto 200 kbps. I called customer service at 9135955955 for help. They have reply for each and every problem. First they told me that the users have increased so there will be problem of speed or your system may have some problem bla bla bla. It takes half an hour to be connected to the customer care and then there silly replies. They are decieving the people with making big promisses and providing worst services. Strict action must ne taken against them either to provide the services they promiss or they should stop this business.
