Non delivery of Product

Hello

India times shopping is running a fraudulent company under the umbrella of TIMES GROUP.

I ordered a product on Nov 4 with order No 112682928. Received a wrong product, However sent back the product for replacement on Nov 15th.

Until now i have not been delivered the product I ordered. Have been calling up customer care daily but no results yet. From past 1 month daily I get to listen that my product will be delivered within 24hrs or 48hrs.

Please help me out.

I had never anticipated of such a business strategy service from TIMES GROUP.
