Did not recharge after payment

We tried to charge our MTS Blaze internet with the unlimited 999 plan. So far no money has been added to the account. No one will help with this by phone and we have to take another three hours of our time to go the office personally because they do not even have a phone. Can you believe it the office branch in goa has no phone! We drove one hour into town to charge the phone because the internet charge site does not work.
