Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Deepak, have found the need to submit a consumer complaint against the online 'e-wallet' service of Oxicash. I tried to use their online service of recharging my RuneScape account for membership (online MMORPG game, www.runescape.com) but it doesn't work. The website of Oxicash states that the website was updated and could affect some transactions. When I contacted the service center, I was told that it would be fixed by the Wednesday of the week but still it hasn't been fixed.
This problem has been noted since 25 Dec till now.
Please look into the matter as soon as possible.
