I (FRANCIS MARIANOOS M) TOOK THE MTS DATA CARD ON MAY 18th WITH THE UNLIMITED RS 899 PLAN.

I AM STAYING IN PALAVAKKAM CHENNAI 40. BEFORE I TOOK THIS CARD I ASKED THE MTS PERSON LIKE HOW WILL BE THE SIGNAL AND SPEED IN PALAVAKKAM LOCALITY, HE TOLD IT WILL BE PERFECT AND WE ARE HAVING GOOD NETWORK IN THE AREA. MY PLAN WAS UP TO 12GB 3.1MBPS SPEED AFTER THAT THE REVISED SPEED WILL BE 144 KBPS. BUT FROM THE BEGINNING ITSELF I WAS GETTING (50-100 KBPS) SPEED.IT WAS A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT FOR ME. I HAVE ALREADY RAISED A COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS AND THEY TOLD THE TECHNICAL PERSON WILL COME AND CHECK.

STILL I DIDN'T GET ANY RESPONSE FROM THEM. I ASKED THEM IF THEY COULDN'T"T ABLE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM I AM READY TO GIVE THE DEVICE BACK AND THEY NEED TO RETURN MY FIRST MONTH BILLING AMOUNT RS 899 (FOR BACHELOR'S THEY ARE COLLECTING THE BILLING AMOUNT PRIOR) AND THE DEVICE MONEY RS 1050.
