False Data Usage (Data theft)

I upgraded my broadband plan to 30 GB limit because I was exceeding the data limit when I had the 20 GB plan

Said the Airtel executives & recently my desktop was not functional for a month or so and all I was using was an iPad, iPhone on wifi... Very light usage & I got the email as usual from Airtel saying I've exceeded 80% data usage and after 2 days it's 100% ... The same happened this month where all I do is check mails, Facebook, watch YouTube. On 25th May I exceeded my so called data usage of 80 % and on Monday 28th may I exceeded 100%... So I used 6 GB in 3 days. They are just cyber thieves stealing from there innocent customers... Who does that?? It's really demeaning & shocking as well... It's happening with me for the 6th time

I really want the appropriate authorities to take some strict action against these petty thieves who just can't get enought off all the money they possess.
