I have purchased a Data Card from of MTS bearing No. 9146810531 from Global Telecom NX vide invoice No. 665 dtd 09/02. The card worked upto 14/02 and stopped working after that I have been regularly requesting the franchisee for the rectification. On 22/02 I have contacted MTS Customercare on 9146955955 and came to know that the datacard with the number 9146810531 does not exist and MTS representatives have shown thier inability in the case.
I am a freelancing person in the field of Industrial essential where I need to communicate with the clients for any critical requirements. Because of the datacard failure I have lost a business of Rs.3, 00, 000/-
I request you to look into the matter and demand the MTS to compensate the loss amount of Rs. 3, 00, 000/-
