I bought an olive data card from Tata distributor channel, Trishala Marketing at Mumbai. The device stopped working after 10 days. I visited the olive service center, Nutron Technologies at Dadar. They confirmed that the device is dead and promised to replace it with in a week. However, they kept it for 2 weeks. When i went to tata gallery for the activation, they said the device is still faulty. I again went to Nutron technologies and they accepted that the device is faulty. This shows how careless they are about their customers. Again they kept the device for 10 days. After that the device was activated by tata but again the device was faulty. I am completely exhausted now and I want my money back. Nutron technologies is not helping me from anywhere and when I said i will file a case against you, they said you can do nothing. We have the power. I request you to take this issue to the highest level and do whatever help you can for me. I would also go to media to show the real face of olive services.
