During the month of Jan, we have instructed to deactivate the broadband line since our computer was out of order for the past 2 months. But to our surprise the current billing for Jan/Feb for 2011 had come to the same level of rs.1250 as of the previous month Dec/Jan of previous month. so we request you to consider the excess meter reading of our non-usage of broadband services. hope you will consider and do the needful at your earliest. For information your department conformed our new plan of 250.
