Dear Sir/Madam,
I want to draw your kind attention that MTS Company Permanently deactivate my Internet Modem (MTS No:-9146337528) without informing me through any of the medium (Mobile, Email etc.), which i buy from CROMA Vashi -Palmbeach Road with my Lenovo laptop in jan although i have submit all the documents to one of their employee who collect my registration form to activate the connection, He wrongly fillled my landlord address and not mine for verification purpose despite the fact my address is clearly mention in the agreement which i have submit, its clearly mention seperately the owner and my address in front of my name, now when i call to their call center and visit their gallery they said me that its permanently deactivated and they can't do anything in this regard, I am using the same connection from last 2 months with proper talkups (no outstanding) and if they have not verified my connection they should not have to activate my connection, i am using that connection during feb-march and than without informing me they have deactivate it, Its very bad experience, Please do something in this regard, I beleive in the system and feel that its very good platform to raise the complaints for People of India.
