Recharge amount incorrect

Hi,

I had recharged my air-tel mobile, 9940217473 for Rs:454/- on 24th Feb (1001915).

But all I received was a message that my account has been recharged for Rs.1/- .I had emailed them a couple of times regarding this and am yet to even receive an acknowledgment for my emails.

I have used their services multiple times in the past, but would never recommend it now after this experience. I want to ensure that they atleast acknowledge this issue and do something about it!
