Dear Sir / Madam,
I bought MTS Mblaze data card on 2 nov. of unlimited Rs.800 pack / monTh,
But as The speed was 0.12Mbps i raised a complaint. even after attending The complaint from ur executive problem not resolved.
Hence i decided not to used MTS Mblaze data card and returned my data card on 14Th Feb along wiTh The pending bill amount of 2130 in receipt of book no. 414 & receipt no. 10342 to one of your executive (SanThosh Mob: 7760508211) as instructed by your customer care executive.
Even after submission of data card bills has been generated for The monTh of March & April and receiving regular calls from your executives towards bill payments.
After informing These details to many of your customer care executives, no one has turned up in resolving This issue.
Requesting for your intervention for resolving The issue,
