False Commitment

Dear Sir,

I am Chinmoy Saha from Kolkata. I am running a business which related to service industry. I have purchased a MTS MBLAZE on 16th september. I have purchased this device for my business support. But MTS authorized dealer name called AUSTRAL offer and commit me that "you will get 30GB of Unlimited Internet with high speed". I have used already 16 GB . Now I am not getting any speed as well as interruption. I have lost many business only because MTS Net Connectivity.

Now when i called them they were telling me our plan has changed from 24 september. You will not get that speed and this service. If you want to get same service than you have to recharge with Rs.999. /

In the time of sale they have just push me this product with false commitment. I can say that simply they have chitted with me. They are doing this kind of thing in market.

Please take action regarding this matter. Why they are doing this.
