Product sent for replacement dtd 08-01

Contact for status with customer care centre on No. 922351148 25 to 30 times

As i received msg from naaptol that my product ready for reshipping on dtd. 19 th jan. on my mibile and

ask me to contact above no. for further assistance, so i contact 25 to 30 times everytime i told that wait for

next 7 working days ur product vl be sent back early, ur complaints now we forworded to our higher authority for urgent delivery, but sadly/badly quoted that still today they not sent back my product. from

56 days i waiting but no resoponse given by naaptol, not answering properly. so i want to back my product/or refund money at an early
