Dear Naaptol
I am having a very bad experience after buying through naaptol.
My order number is 4135032 and it has been 10 days I haven't received it.
On top of that, the customer care is not giving the courier awb# so that I can track the package.
They even do not know where the package is and not sure when it will be exactly delivered.
No emails are replied back from customer care with detail information when I will get the package and if I call them they do not have any information!
I have placed the order on 5 june and even after 10 days I am still not got the parcel.
Your customer care promised to deliver the parcel with in 10 days.
This is really pathetic service of naaptol!
