I ordered a book titled Express Yourself 101 Kaleidoscope Volume 3 from NBC India on Mar 14 - Order No: 109818. I paid Rs. 1, 412/- online. I have not received the book yet. When I mail them, they say that the book is under print in the US. When I mailed the US publisher, they say that it is not under print. What NBC India says is baseless. Lots of mails have traversed to and fro between me and NBC India to no avail. I have asked them to refund the amount at the earliest. They are yet to do so. And they are not replying to my mails also. Can you help me out?
