Order not approved

Sir/madam,

i have order a book from nbc india website and amount is paid by SBI debit card. CC Avenue is telling that payment is successful and balance is deducted from my account, but on the website of nbc india it is shown that my payment is not received and order status is not approved.sir my order number is 118390 and CCAvenue order number is -nbc84133908425.

sir, i would like if nbc india despatch my order .otherwise he should refund my balance to my account.
