I NILSH POPAT MALI LIVING IN TAPS 3&4 COLONY. I AM USING BSNL BROADBAND SERVICE FROM 2 YEARS, BUT NOW A DAY I HAVE DISCONNECTED FROM 11 MONTHS.

ON OTHER SIDE I HAVE Rs 10, 000 IN ADVANCE DUE TO NON AVAILABLITY ON LEAVES FROM OUR DEPARTMENT. THOUGH I HAVE PAID ADVANCE THEN I HAVE DISCONNECTED. YOUR CONCERNING OFFICER JUST PROMISSING ME THAT " WE WILL COME AND SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM" OR SUGGEST ME SOLUTIONON PHONE FROM THEIR CHAIR.

HOW IT POSSIBLE IF I KNOW THE SETTING THEN WHY SHOULD I CALL HIM TO HOME. I WANT RO USE BSNL BROBAND INTERNET SERVICE BECAUSE IT VERY ESSENTIAL FOR ME. KINDLY SOLVE MY PROBLEM.

IF I DON'T USING YOUR SERVICES FOR SUCH PERIOD, THEN REFUNGD ME MY CHARGES BACK.
