Not respond me to claim the replacement warranty

Hi,

I have purchased one Wireless modem from ebay with 2year replacement warranty, device worked only one month. now is not working so that am contact the ebay about claim the product replacement warranty but they were said we not responsibility for that and seller only have full responsibility for the purchased item. But the seller did not attend my call. If i call from other number then he they are asking about my problem then he was suddenly disconnected my call, And not response me again when calling from that same number. I have declared their contact number here, any one can help me to claim the modem.
