I have subscribed for Broadband connection of Tikona broadband as on 15th june. My user ID is 1106730091. Subscriber's name: Vipul Verma
I was not given any demo as per mentioned in there advertisement and there engineer cam and installed there connection although there was not any sufficient feasibility in my area so due to lack of feasibilty I faced a lot of connectivity and internet speed issues during day time and placed number of complaints at there customer support. A number of engineers from Tikona had visited my place to check the problem but nothing get resolved. I had placed my disconnection request on 25th june but have not received any call from tikona regarding my refund claim. Instead they are calling regularly for paying for that period in which I have not utilised there services.
So it is a request to kindly resolve this issue ASAP.
