I didnt get refund, 30 days is over,

they said refund will process within 7-10 days, now 30 days is over,

Whenever i contact timtara customer support team, they saying only same words all the time, Your refund is process wait for 3 days, all time same words, i call them nearly 10 times,

I want resolve this issue asap
