Dear sir,
I had ordered sdhc memory card from timtara on 28th-october, they assured me about the delivery in 2-3 weeks. After one month I called customer care regarding status of the order then they told me that product will be delivered in next 4-5 days. Again after a week I called customer care and they again assured me the same. I followed the same procedure for 3-4 times, but nothing worked.
Then I decided to cancel the order, but I'M not able cancel the order from timtara portal because I had already raised the query regarding the product delivery on approx 28th nov, then I again called the customer care and ask them to cancel the order and they gave me the request no. I tried the same procedure also 4-5 times and every time I got the different request no.
Then I found some email from web ([email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected]) and asked them about the refund at least 25-30 times, but it doesn't work.
Today on 7th jan its almost 2 & 1/2 months and still amount is not refunded nor the product is delivered,
