I had purchased a sports equipment from www.onlineskyshop.com last month. They delivered a defective piece to me and when I complained they promised to replace the equipment as soon as possible. Its been 1 month since I lodged the complaint and no action has been taken. They also have a 30 days money back policy. When I called them and asked them to return my money they said they will get back to me. Now they have stopped responding to my calls. Please help.
