Unable to add frinds in my orkut account

I can't add friends in to my orkut account.so please help me.when ever i tried to add my friends, i have geting a message like "Addition of friends has been temporarily disabled" .i have received one virus message "bob sabad". first time i didint get that, after that only i realise that my account might be affected by virus. could you please help me out.my gmail id is [email protected] same id i have using for orkut also. i hope u will reply me soon
