Dear Sir, I am Deepak Kumar Mishra (214497), it is true that the customer care units behavior is so rude that I want to disconnect my Ortel Net connection from this month. And as per my monthly plan the company produce me the bill amount higher (Rs.942.93ps) than my plan amount e.g. Rs.600/- p.m. Though I was avail another 200 mb extra, the bill amount should be near about Rs.800/-.
I personally mail to [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] requesting them to provide me the bill before 15/10.And the bill they produced me is after 15/10 that is 16/11 which is after due date. That means the company wants the fine amount from the customer with fraud billing statement.
That's why I have no option but to switch over this type of service provider to another one.
