Am Reliance NetConnect user for quite sometime, this is my relationship number 9343555219
For the last 3 months am experiencing worst connection speed, raised the issue with the customer support *355 several times,
Through them, came to know that, they are working on known congestion issue in my area Kundalahalli since July. Asking me to bear with them & be patience till November 30th, thats the resolution expected turn around; ridiculous.
Am billed 1250 tax for the tariff opted which promised 3.1 Mbps speed but am receiving not even 1Kbps most part of the day.
Due to this, my work from home days are nightmare; staring at the computer for a simple page to load with complete frustration
Why the hell, I should pay for this kind of worst service, which NOT providing the expected quality (speed & prompt support)?
Am registering my complaint with the trust that some senior management official from Reliance communications will notice, act & resolve this problem
