I have disconnected my Airtel Broadband connection 8 months back & there were some issues on my bill, they charged me more amount than my actual bill. and after so many mails & calls to the Airtel customer care executives I got it cleared & settled my bill 3-4 months back & received the "Full & Final Settlement Certificate" from Airtel.
But yesterday again I received e-bill from Airtel saying Rs.1200 to be paid Immediately.
I sent mail back to [email protected] regarding this today. But I am really fed up of these mails & calls from the customer care of Airtel.
My Airtel A/c number was- 13591289.
Please suggest me what is to be done in this case.
