Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Deepak, have found the need to submit a consumer complaint against the online 'e-wallet' service of Oxicash. Recently I bought 3 of RS 100 vouchers of oxicash to top up my account on their website, but even after entering the voucher pin, my account was not topped up. When I tried again, it said the vouchers were used already.
This problem has been observed since 25th December till now.
My complaint is that my account was not topped up even after using the voucher pins worth Rs 300.
Please look into the matter as soon as possible.
