GPRS DISCONNECT

Hi, myself mridul from guwahati.i have a complaint against Aircel GPRS, Aircel Assam launched their GPRS on september and that time it was better but now a days it works but the connection is not stable and disconnect after 10-15 minutes. i launched a complain in December09 and they gave me feedback that after one month it will work good as they are upgrading their system. Now is the time 1 month completed but facing the same problem, i asked the customer care but they did not give me the proper solution even i ask that for the next month i have to recharge the POCKET INTERNET for Rs.98, but how can i recharge it cause they don't give me the exact time of recovery of their system. If i recharge then i will lost rs.98 as it disconnect again and again. So plz help me and take necessary action against them. Thanks.
