I recharged my mobile no- 8820522602 (Reliance GSM- Kolkata) from Paytm.com of Rs 1002. I got an SMS from reliance that recharge could not processed. I wrote many mails to Paytm regarding this but they are not replying till now. I have made order on 1st Feb my order id- 16601651 and Mob- 8820522602 and bank transaction id is 139423. Please help me in this regard as this company looks like fraud as they do not have any customer care no and physical address. I have cheated by this site. Please help as I have lost huge amount.
