Unable to access internet

HI,

This is Goutam.

I am using aircel simcard. My mob number is 9851427307. I am having immence problems while trying to access internet through this connection;

Actually I cannot connect the net on my PC as wel as on the handset

(Samsung L-700) since OCTOBER.

I am really fade up after submitting number of complains via the customer care. Some the complain numbers are... R00581246 dt 17/10, 1140132365 dt 12/11 and 1509996422 dt 16/01.

Besides the netwok coverage is very poor at our area (NEAR HANUMAN MANDIR, DUBRAJPUR ROAD).

Kindly look into the mater.
