Subject: Complaint for not providing technical as well as commercial support

Dear Madam,

I am Photon plus user and I am loyal customer Tata Teleservices Ltd

The following are details of my plan

1. Account Number: 97515664

2. USB Tata Indicom No- 9223983080

3. Tariff Plan- HSIA Freedom Plan – free 10 GB Data PM

4. Date of purchase -20/06/09

This is reference to my complaint number 196606801 and 186929801 for network problem

It is frustrated and irritated with your network problem when should I work, I am not getting speed as per committed by your people when I purchase Photon Plus.

Data statistics as on 11/11/09 follows

1. Yearly – 4.65 GB – This indicate how much I was able to use. Please refer the time span I had tried

2. Monthly – 294 MB

3. Daily – 21.46 MB

4. Speed for uploading and downloading - 40 Kbps maximum and average 10 to 12 Kbps

If you considered the above statistics and you will understand I am suffering lot of pressure while working with this device. Please tell me

1. Who will compensate my loss of time, money and effort?

2. Who is responsible while your people do not know how to take down reports and convey onwards?

4. How many people can call me and I need to answer?

5. How to fix the people that in spite of their assurance of closing the issue?

6. Is it wrong if I go the media and consumer court?

I told again and again to all of your people that I am not getting efficient service from your side.

Hope you will be kind enough to do the needful, to compensate me suitably for not used capacity before I go for legal assistance

I hope you will be kind enough to not spoil the goodwill of Tata Group and a simple dedicated customer like me.
