I am arup kumar sahoo, staying at Address: c/o: JAMINI MAGI, DURGACHAK? (UTTER PALLY), HALDIA, PURBA MEDINIPUR, WEST BENGAL, 721602, INDIA had taken one internet connection along with modem from your airtel office ADDRESS: AIRTEL OFFICE, AKASH GANGA COMERCIAL COMPLEX, BASUDEBPUR HALDIA, PURBA MEDINI PUR, WEST BENGAL, INDIA. I taken the USB MODEM INTERNET CONECTION on 27 th october and paid Rs- 6600 per year package to your airtel akash ganga office. they had provied me the conection to me but air tel service is very poor till date. I am suffring approx 1.5 month above.
I made sevaral complaints to office responce is very poor from office. I invested too much money but till date I have not received any service from your deller.
I alredy paid for 7mbps speed, When working I am getting avarage speed only: sending speed is 5.0 kbps and receiving speed 23.4 kbps.
Due to this slow speed I can talk with my brother in saudi arabia,
Till now I am not receive any money resit from your deler.
Since I am not getting any inter net service from AIRTEL, I am requesting you to intruct your deler to cut my connection and pay me back the amount which I paid to your deler.
