Am a pre-paid customer with mobile number 7293975730 in kollam district, kerala state and a regular user of aircel mobile internet packs. i put a 1month pack on 12th november and got sms showing activation of the pack. but after using internet for 1hr only i noticed that still money is reducing from my account balance. I tried the whole day to bring this in to your customer care but failed. still my problem continuing and not connecting to the customer care. this is a regular complaint regarding your customer care services. What should i do? The next day also i tried call but not getting your customer care. Please do the needful.
