I would like to inform you that I have take part in the 100bestbuy contest on 18th August. At that time I have made my payment through net banking. They had cut Rs. 444/- twice from my account. When I complained about it. They replied that "you will get refund of Rs.444/- very soon." But till today I haven't get it. After a month they declared a result of their contest. I was told that you are not the winner. So you have to purchase any product. So I purchased a wrist watch on 19th September. But till today I haven't get my product. So they cheat me twice {1} They haven't refund my access money Rs.444/- and {2} They haven't sent me my wrist watch.
I have complained many times via phone call and emails, but the reply is same "we will made arrangement very soon". So I request you to resolve my problem
