I have ordered two quantities of a product through rediff online shopping portal, however i received only one. I contacted the customer care support of rediff and they agreed then they told me that they are arranging a partial refund for that which will be credited to my account within 15 days. I have logged the complaint on 20 nov. Mean while i always call them to know the status of complaint but they keep telling me that they will call me or mail me within 24 hrs which they never did. My latest complaint no is 2791 and my order no was 7516926.kindly help
