Not resolving my internet problem

Hello Sir/Madam,

I have just Renewed Tikona wireless broadband on 10th of december...

only 1 day it worked proper and then from 11th of december it is not working.

when i complained about it they are telling that they will resolve before next 24 hours and this is 4th day still they gave me no response and my internet also not working properly

plz help me about it.. and i want to knw whether any action is taken or not..
