TATA Photon Whiz

My name is NOOR MOHAMMAD and I am using TATA PHOTON WHIZ from more than past 1 year and It was working properly till few days.On 17/Dec/2012, My unlimited internet plan for Rs-199 in homezone had expired and I recharged it again on 18/Dec/2012 for Rs-199. I was using the internet normally in homezone and on next day I found that It was not connecting, then I checked the Inbox and found that there were several Messages showing the balance deductions I contacted the costumer care.First of all I was shocked to find that My number is registered on wrong I.D.He is someone with name RASHID, H.No.196, Devi Das, Khatauli, Muzaffarnagar-251001, then the costumer care told me that you are not using the device in home zone that is why the balance is deducting .I want to ask the company that I am using this device on same city, even on same computer since more than 1 year then where the homezone had gone till yet.After that they told me that you have no core balance in your account and you must recharge it.I recharged it for Rs.50 and again I found that balance was deducting from core balance.Till then I am calling customer care repeatedly and I am not getting satisfactory answer.I am using TATA services since several years and I am very unsatisfied with company's service.I request the company to restore my services and also to change my I.D to my original I.D as early as possible other wise I will be forced to switch to some other company.I have deposited it to nearest centre.
