This is govinda from rambhuvan wada kumbharjua goa aircel customer using aircel from last 3 years. Starting 3 years aircel was good providing download speed about 28 to 32 kbps. But since 2012 year started aircel has decrese downloading speed and providing only 4 to 5 kbps only in between it becomes zero kbps also which just not enough a 6MB song takes about 30 minutes to get download. Please aircel please increase downloading speed i request. My opinion is that aircel should provide at least 15 to 20 kbps i had complaint so many times on 198 but they did taken it seriously my friends also using aircel and they also gets bored with this speed. my number is 8796922956
