Hathway internet service
Not able to get connection

Hello I am from Bangalore, I paid money (Rs.2980/-Receipt. No.13929)) for hathway internet broadband new connection. But still 6 days running there is no response from hathway representative as well as from Bangalore office. But I want it very urgent. Please help me out.
