Product not delivered even after 4 months

Hi, I have ordered a Casio Standard Watch: AE-1000W-1AVDF (D080) on 27th Aug with timtara.com. still the status is shown as "Awaiting shipment". whenever I called them, They said. they logged a compliant with back office but no use and still the status is "Awaiting Shipment". They are the true cheaters and I think they are running a business by using these kind of amounts. I would like to teach them a lesson. Kindly help me.
