I ordered two jigsaw puzzle on allschoolstuff.com on 18 Dec and payment of Rs. 340 also paid for the same through netbanking. The order number was 624468. When i am checking the status of my order in their website it showing "Ready for shipping" since the first day and till todate. i already send queries regarding this order. But the company is not even replaying. expecting some favorable action from your side to resolve this problem as soon as possible.
