I ordered Gas stove in Timtara.com (online shopping) on 28 Nov. I called to customer care around 30 times still they are telling it is under process for shippment. 25 Dec i got irritare due to irresponse from customer care. I raised complaint to cancel my order on 26 Dec. They said within 48 hors you will get confirmation mail for cancellation with 7 working days you will get money. Again i called lot of times and today also (04 jan) Still they are telling it is under process to shippment. please take immediate action and cancel my order. I purchased new gas stove out side. Timtara is not cancelling my order and not refund my money also. i want my my money back. My order no in Timtara.com - 10360684
