Online shopping product not delivered for more than a month

Hi,

I order a product from SEVENTYMM (http://shop.seventymm.com) its online shopping on 17 December but till now i didnt get my product!! i keep on ask for the details i won't get any response just a auto generated mail .if i call to mentioned call center number its not working properly. Today i saw the status of my product it is dispatched??? i need my amount back i don't want wait any more and i need my amount back ..they have cheated me. i suggest never go for online shopping there are fakers every where.
