I have been duped by the partners in crime- Connect India and TATA Photon Plus people together. They exactly know how to make their numbers without thinking even once what the customer wants. For 10 days, their call centre team continuously kept calling me everyday to sell the TATA Photon Plus card. Before i purchased i would have confirmed at least 15 times that i ONLY want the card if you have the post paid scheme of Rs 250 per month and i was told clearly that this scheme exists. Even now this scheme is available on their portal under (Usage based schemes). Even when Mr Sridhar (number 91 9886341443 from Connect India came to my house, happily said yes the scheme exists. After purchasing the card, first of all i kept running of 7 days to get it activated which god knows when does. If you call TATA Photon call centre they direct you to COnnect India and if you call Connect India they direct you to Tata Photon. I must say both of them have a great partnership together. Finally Sridhar picks my phone and gives me an ID which will send me a refund of my TATA Photon. An ID that doesnt exist at all.
I think cheaters should take training in this glorious sales organisation
