I would like to close account & refund money

I opened a ticket with mobikwik for closing my account. But I didnt get any response from mobikwik but they close the ticket...

there is no reply for this query from your side... how can u close this query?? I wll take this to consumer court if I didnt get any reply & u still close this query... I just want u to transfer amount to my account
