Non delivery by timtara.com of 1 x BSNL Penta IS 701R Tablet since 7 MONTHS – company does not respond Company is supposed to deliver within 3 weeks. The Tablet is freely available in the market (PUNJAB)
I booked/paid with net banking the order Order # 10268852 with timtara online for a BSNL Penta IS 701R Tableton the 8th of JUNE Despite several confirmations that it would be delivered, it has not happened. the stipulated time was within 3 weeks.
Finally I was told that GIVEN REFUND BY [email protected]. Again noT RECEIVED REFUND, Their helpline either puts down the phone or says it is escalated. I have been complaining on their website regularly but I have received no reply. As per what I have been finding on complaint sites that several hundreds of people are facing the same issue. Please advice – I have protocolled all letters and complaints... MANU KHURANA
